Bearbeitungszeiten:
Alle Bestellungen werden in einem Zeitraum von 1-3 Werktagen (ausgenommen Sonn- und Feiertage) nach Auftragseingang bearbeitet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Bearbeitungszeiten bei hohem Bestellaufkommen abweichen können.

Versandart und Lieferzeit:
Alle Bestellungen werden mit DHL/Deutsche Post versendet. Die allgemeine Lieferzeit beträgt 1-3 Werktage. Dies sind aber nur geschätzte Lieferzeiten, welche wir nicht garantieren können.

Sendeverfolgung:
Du erhältst eine E-Mail mit einer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, sobald deine Bestellung unser Lager verlassen hat.

Beschädigte oder verlorene Bestellungen:
Wenn du einen beschädigten Artikel erhalten oder deine Bestellung auf dem Transportweg verloren geht, kontaktiere uns bitte. Wir werden mit dir zusammenarbeiten, um das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen.

Processing Time:
Your order will be shipped and packed safely from Germany.

The time it takes to process your order and get it ready for shipping is currently 1-3 business days.
 For pre-orders please check each item individually. 

Delivery Times:
Within Germany: 1-3 Working Days
EU and Europe: 7-21 Working Days
Rest of the world: 2-8 Weeks 

These are only rough estimates of delivery times, shipping may be delayed due to various factors (eg strike at the post office). We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: 

Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, UK, Ukraine.

Tax and Customs (for non-EU customers)

In the case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may incur in individual cases. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



Shipping Responsibility

Please understand that we are not responsible for what happens with your package after items are shipped. We cannot change the shipping address you've given us after an order has already been shipped. Neither we can't contact your country's postal service for you. Once send off there is nothing we can do, except wait like you and hope the postal services will do their jobs.

If your package doesn't get to you for some reason, and we gave you a tracking number, please wait until it returns to us, if you wish for us to resend it. In some countries, it can take several weeks or months for that to happen. Please kindly understand that we will not offer to resend your order for free, nor will we be held responsible if your order does not arrive using a non-tracking option.
